Conditioning classes that will enable you to get into top physical fitness & health.

The brilliance of Pilates is that it is different from any other exercise system because it heals and re-balances your body and reverses unhealthy    trends. If you are in great shape now, it optimizes your fitness level by teaching you to move from your center, keeping the spine, joints and muscles strong and flexible, which prevents injury and increases strength. It will get you into a whole new level of health and fitness.

I am fascinated by what elements bring a person into their greatest health and fitness. This class is designed for those people interested in getting into top physical condition. We will be incorporating the three elements that bring about excellent health:

 

Pilates-  which is state-of-the-art core exercises, balance work and postural changes that will keep you healthy for the rest of your life.

Cardio/Plyometrics- this is speed and agility training that gets the heart pumping and the lungs working, studies have shown that combining plyometrics with strength training increases power, improves sports performance and burns fat

Strength training- part of the workout is devoted to increasing strength which will in turn build lean body mass helping you to gain muscle and lose fat creating a more sculpted look and boosting your metabolism so you can maintain a healthy weight

My uniquely designed Pilates & conditioning mat classes offer you the opportunity to strengthen your body, lengthen tight muscles, lose fat and create peak fitness and health.

 

 

In this one-hour fitness class you will increase core strength and flexibility, and build lean body mass while losing fat.  We will be doing Pilates, weight training and dynamic plyometric exercises that get the heart and lungs working to create peak fitness.

Thursday, June 2nd at 6am (continues weekly on Thursdays at 6am)

More weekday mornings will be added this summer according to demand.
