Core Stability

Core strength and stabilization is one of the keys to achieving wellness and overall health. Strengthening our core makes us less prone to injury and capable of greater muscle gains. "Corset work" as it is sometimes called, works all the stabilizing muscles. This allows for spine stabilization, which keeps our backs healthy and injury free. My fitness programs incorporate pilates and spine stabilization techniques which activate your deep abdominal muscles. This facilitates a healthy strong spine, which prevents back pain and injury. An added benefit to strengthening and training the core is better posture and a more "fit" appearance without endless crunches.
