Pilates
I am excited to offer my clients custom designed Pilates programs. I am a certified Pilates Mat & Apparatus trainer. The Pilates method of conditioning is a unique system which was originated by Joseph Pilates over 90 years ago. Pilates strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, flexibility and stability. According to Joseph Pilates in his 1945 book "Pilates, Return to Life through Contrology", pilates is "the complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit". Pilates is precise, dynamic, yet controlled movements that condition and strengthen the core and entire body.
Pilates can be done everyday. I encourage clients to see me 2-3 times a week to make the most progress. I also design home programs as well, which facilitate clients reaching their fitness goals.
