Wellness Coaching

My coaching sessions provide a place where you can stay on track with your fitness and health aspirations. Coaching has been proven to increase accountability, motivation and success. In our first sessions together we will:

* Create a vision for your unique sense of wellness, health and fitness

* Make long & short term goals

* Develop a clear plan with tangible steps

* Set a clear "marker" of where you'll be in 3 months and ACHIEVE that GOAL!

I have mentored people in the areas of eating issues, body image, addictions, stress relief and learning new lifestyle habits that promote daily health.
